Description of problem:
The user unable to edit cobbler plugin's 'INVENTORY->CONNECTION' properties.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Login to imanage UI.
2.Select the cobbler server resource.
3.Select and click on the tabs 'INVENTORY -> CONNECTION'
  
Actual results:
The user unable to edit cobbler plugin's 'INVENTORY->CONNECTION' properties.

Expected results:
The user should be able to edit cobbler plugin's 'INVENTORY -> CONNECTION' properties.
