Description of problem:
Edit cobbler plugin configuration for 'Basic Mode' is not working and throw exception on the UI.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Login to iManage UI
2)Select appropriate agent and its cobbler server resource from the managed platform
3) Click on 'CONFIGURATION->CURRENT' tab
4) Click on 'EDIT'
5) Click on 'Basic Mode' tab
6) Edit some properties in 'Basic Mode' tab
7) Click on 'Save'
  
Actual results:
Edit cobbler plugin configuration for 'Basic Mode' is not working and throw exception on the UI.

Expected results:
Edit cobbler plugin configuration for 'Basic Mode' should work and modify respective configuration file properly.
