Description of problem:

Clicking on a definition name in http://localhost:7080/rhq/admin/listAlertTemplates.xhtml?type=10005
gives an error.

ctually the broken link points to 
http://localhost:7080/alerts/Config.do?mode=viewRoles&type=10005&ad=10011

so the user can "manually" navigate to 
http://localhost:7080/rhq/resource/alert/viewAlert.xhtml?type=10005&ad=10011

The target viewAlert page still shows a wrong breadcrumb

a57abc5 fixes this particular link issue.

Breadcrumbs are still wrong

"New definiton" button on http://localhost:7080/rhq/admin/listAlertTemplates.xhtml?type=10043 still links to the old struts page.

More link fixes are in 33e3625 for templates and groups.

Breadcrump should be ok now too.

Browser title bar needs some more work.
