I just found, that erlang shipped with its own copy of zlib (see 'erts/emulator/zlib' directory) and pcre (see 'erts/emulator/pcre' library). These two should be stripped off, and erlang should be built against system-wide libraries only.

Fixed in rawhide in R13B-04. I'll close this ticket, when R13B-04 will be in F-12 and F-13.

Unfortunately pcre library cannot be stripped off due to heavy changes.
