Description of problem: According to the test case: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/QA:Langpack_PackageKit_Application the packagekit installation should work same as yum installation. But when I log in with cs_CZ locale, run gpk-application from terminal and select eclipse for installation, the eclipse-nls-cs package is not presented to me as a part of the installation (as it should be according to the test case description). However, it is installed in the end when I accept the installation. But when doing the same with aspell, aspell-cs is correctly presented to me as a dependency. This looks ok to me with yum-langpacks-0.1.5 in f14 and f13. Please reopen if there is a still a problem.
