updates-released doesn't work at all for the f13 alpha release. yum is reporting the correct error, I'm going to ask the releng team and MM lead for comment.
The error's from updates-released-debuginfo - updates-released does have valid MM data.
The redirect doesn't exist in MM because there's no directory in MM to direct to - it's like a dangling symlink. Jesse was going to create me an empty updates/13/ set of repos, then I can fix up the redirect. It should be a rel-eng + infra ticket, not a bugzilla bug.
Jesse created the updates/13/{i386,x86_64}/debug repositories on the master mirror now. MM will pick this up over the next couple hours automatically. Closing.
