Description of problem:
 
I'm the maintainer of vidalia which should work with tor and privoxy.

privoxy released 3.0.16 several days ago, it fixed a lot known bugs. The privoxy right now in F12 is a beta version and had a lot of bugs

I recommond you to update privoxy to the latest version and fix the openbugs in bugzilla(Maybe you need modify initscript and add a NetworkManager script ), I'll appreciate your effort very much.

If you are quite busy at the
moment, maybe I can help you to write initsrcipt and do some other tweak.
