Description of problem:
can not show text "????????" with given width 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
pango-1.26.0-1

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. pango-view --text "?????????????????????" --width=20
2.
3.
  
Actual results:
"?????????????????????" is displayed on one line, the width is more than 20

Expected results:
the text is separated to several lines, and the width is 20

Additional info:

worked for me on F-12 machine with pango version
pango-1.26.2-1.fc12.x86_64

I can see single line displaying "?????????????????????"

Try updating pango using

yum install --enablerepo=updates pango
