Description of problem:

mercurial 1.5 is pushed to updates-testing, but doesn't work with tortoise 0.9.3:

 hgtk log
abort: This version of TortoiseHg requires Mercurial version 1.3.n to 1.4.n, but finds 1.5

FWIW I have been holding it back because Mercurial 1.5 hasn't hit -testing yet. Nothing on bug 571017 indicated that it had been scheduled.

From next release I will put the max version check in the Requires meta data.

The strict dependencies (on major versions) does that Mercurial and TortoiseHg has to be pushed synchronously. How can we ensure that? Can I somehow authorize you to push the button for TortoiseHg? By making you co-maintainer?
