This is a follow up bug to the original one that had a CVE. The panic caused by that bug is now fixed, but we still have non-optimal behavior. The setlk call here is returning ENOLCK, which is wrong.

The patch to fix this is now upstream, so we can pick it for RHEL5 and fix this the right way.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux maintenance release.  Product Management has requested
further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential
inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux Update release for currently deployed
products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in an Update
release.
