Description of problem:

When printer queue is deleted, its job files are left in /var/spool/cups.

Also jobs in system-config-printer-applet cannot be deleted (s-c-printer-1.1.93).
This is also because cups doesn't delete the job files in /var/spool/cups.

There's patch for this in STR #3425.
