This bug is for the aspects of the new mount option that did not make 5.5.

Is there still something left to do for this bug, and if not can we close it? Its not clear to me what is being requested here.
Steve: When I last looked at this bug (which was a while ago) my understanding was that there were some updates to the mount options around this issue that would not make the RHEL 5.5 release -- or that were still being considered. So I cloned this bug and kept it open to pursue this, to be sure that I caught whatever was not in 5.5 but was in 5.6. I won't be able to get to this today, but I'd like to check in with Bob Peterson about this bug (after I've re-read our old exchanges) to make sure that the 5.6 GFS2 documentation is correct before closing the bug. I should be able to get to this within a few days. -Steven
This bug got cloned off into 572651, and should have been closed at that time. Since the two bugs are now the same I'm just marking this as a duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 572651 ***
I closed this mistakenly -- this is for GFS2, and 572651 is for GFS. However, the bug was open only because of BZ488499, which has been closed as WONTFIX, so I'll leave this as a duplicate of 572651 and close that bug as WONTFIX as well.
