Charles should have more information on this.
Blocking monitoring resource ref tracker bug.
We will need to have a big section in the relnotes regarding the prerequisite of augeas to do any apache config mgmt. This does (will?) not ship with JON so it's key that we get that noted. In addition, Augeas does not exist for Windows; it exists for Solaris, but at this point I think the course of action is to only support apache config mgmt on RHEL/Linux. Will need to get specific details on what permutations will and will not be supported. Finally, we ought to note that, w/o Augeas, user expectation should be that Management of apache resources would be on par with existing functionality from 2.3
The updates will probably all be centered here: http://elladeon.fedorapeople.org/jon-drafts/3.0/managed-resources/Managed_Servers.html#Apache_HTTP_Server I'll also add this to the release notes for new/enhanced features: http://elladeon.fedorapeople.org/jon-drafts/3.0/rel-notes/
Based on a chat with Corey, I added this section to the admin guide for configuring apache/augeas config: http://elladeon.fedorapeople.org/jon-drafts/3.0/admin/configuring-apache.html The note in the release notes describes the new feature and that Apache config is only supported on RHEL: http://elladeon.fedorapeople.org/jon-drafts/3.0/rel-notes/index.html#apache-config
QA Verified.
Mass-closure of verified bugs against JON.
