Description of problem: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create Orgs A & B, making them trusted 2. Create a shared channel C in Org A and make it public 3. Create a distro in ORG B using shared channel C 4. Create a kickstart in Org B using shared channel C and new distro 5. Go to the operating system tab of that kickstart and hit "update" Actual results: * The specified base channel and kickstart tree was not found. Expected results: It should update.
