Description of problem:

  There is no simple, clean way to terminate an rteval test run before the normal time limit expires.  Please add a "--stop" option, or some other method to invoke the termination logic, preferably that would still produce the output of data collected up to that point (still report results).

1.  rteval --duration=2h
2.  ^C        - to terminate test
  
Actual results:

  not all processes/threads terminated
  no results reported

  all processes/threads terminate,

Verified that the early termination logic is in place and functions well with rteval-1.35-1.el6rt.
