Description Peter Bieringer 2010-03-24 12:10:34 UTC
Description of problem:
installing of osad of client-0.8 channel fails because of missing python-hashlib requirement

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

osad-5.9.29-1.el5

How reproducible:
always

This is already known since Feb 2010
http://www.mail-archive.com/spacewalk-list@redhat.com/msg03965.html

But unfortunately, noone updated the RPM in the client channel:
http://spacewalk.redhat.com/yum/0.8-client/RHEL/5/i386/

Pls. update RPM in this channel to osad-5.9.30-1

Since this has been fixed and should be fixed for Spacewalk 0.9, moving to modified.

Comment 2 Miroslav Suchý 2010-05-05 14:57:12 UTC
This bug has been fixed in Spacewalk 1.0.
Closing.
