Description of problem: Event failures are only known via webUI. And maybe queriable via APIs. Example: I schedule a package to be installed on 1000 systems. And it fails on 25 of them. I have configured the Satellite to email me every hour with any system failures. That email is redirected into our ticketing system so that our admins can respond appropriately.
