Description of problem:
inproper root check in /etc/rc.d/init.d/sbm


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
all

Please change line no. 86  ... "[ -w /etc/samba/smb.conf ] || exit 4"
to an id -u style command, so this way it can function properely on a ro / fs.
