Description David Tardon 2010-03-29 07:20:10 UTC
Description of problem:
conserver-client adds an entry to /etc/services in %post. This is undesirable, as every following update of setup creates /etc/services.rpmnew. I talked about it with setup maintainer and he is strongly opposed to such modifications by packages. You should talk to him about adding the entry in setup instead.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
conserver-client-8.1.16-9.fc12.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. yum install conserver-client

Actual results:
A new entry in /etc/services.

Expected results:
Unmodified /etc/services.
