Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). This will not be implemented within the 5.x series of Satellite before it EOLs. Satellite 6, already is going to provide this, at least in intention. The Manifest.zip files are hard to explode, and are uploaded into Satellite 6. We then provide details information of the subscriptions/entitlements contained within the activated Manifest as part of usage of numbers.
