The above location should give the option to report the currently loaded
certificate.  Hence report the contents of:
/etc/sysconfig/rhn/rhn-entitlement-cert.xml

multiple people doing various tasks on the satellite server, the
enhancement would be an easy way to see when this key piece of information
will expire.

This will not be implemented within the 5.x series of Satellite before it EOLs. Satellite 6, already is going to provide this, at least in intention. The Manifest.zip files are hard to explode, and are uploaded into Satellite 6. We then provide details information of the subscriptions/entitlements contained within the activated Manifest as part of usage of numbers.
