According to discussions with dev, although we will be supporting Oracle 11, we will not support the process of migrating user data from Oracle 10 to Oracle 11.  This needs to be documented.

I imagine something like...

"Note: Although Oracle 11g is now supported, the manual migration of data from earlier releases of Oracle to Oracle 11g is not supported."

...would be the right way to go with this.
