Description of problem:
According to the verify data facility, an error should be flagged if a woman has a child before she is 17, but I just noticed that I had a girl of 8 having a child which the verify data facility didn't find.

gramps-3.1.3-1.fc12 has been pushed to the Fedora 12 testing repository.  If problems still persist, please make note of it in this bug report.
