Description of problem:
If I try to print using any driver that uses hpcups printing fails and printer status turns to '/usr/lib/cups/filter/hpcups failed'. Rolling back to hplip-3.9.8-21.fc12.x86_64 solves the problem

You have to set the new hpcups 3.10.2 driver for every printer.
