To Reproduce
 - subscription-manager register to a standalone candlepin instance
 - update your config to point to the cert-ci server
 - subscription-manager register again

Results:
  ssl.SSLError: [Errno 1] _ssl.c:480: error:140773F2:SSL routines:SSL23_GET_SERVER_HELLO:sslv3 alert unexpected message
