This happens when running in either KDE or GNOME.
Has been going on since about the time Fedora 12 was released.
This is the first time the Bug Reporting Tool has been able to generate a trace that it can report.

Comment 43 Joseph D. Wagner 2010-04-23 06:52:40 UTC

How to reproduce
-----
Unknown. Crash is intermittent after quiting Firefox. Quit by clicking Close window button on Gnome.

Comment

Please forgive me. I'm newbie at this. I noticed a number of areas in the backtrace where it said "<value optimized out>". Could this be something? Also, I have a significant number of debuginfo packages installed, including glibc-debuginfo-2.11.1-4.x86_64. However, the backtrace has the star by it making it look like it's missing debugging information. Is there something I can do to correct this?

-----
1. Open firefox
2. ctrl+shift+p to go into private browsing mode
3. close firefox
4. open firefox
5. close firefox

(this happens about once every 5 or 6 times, no rhyme or reason)

Comment
-----
This happens all the time, but not every time I close firefox. It always happens on close, so it's something in the freeing of resources.
