Proposed patch removing AltGr+Space as shortcut for non-breaking space

Description of problem:

This is an old problem which was bothering me (and lot of my colleagues) in Fedora for ages: the Czech keyboard layout defines a 3rd layer for accessing symbols like #,$,& etc. via AltGr while keeping AltGr+Space as shortcut for non-breaking space. This is just horrible, every time you type e.g. "if (a && b)..." just too fast you make a non-breaking space causing lot of troubles.

Even the author of the layout finds this disputable (see kbd configuration file).

Would it be possible to change this? I'm attaching the necessary patch and would be incredibly thankful for merging it (I'm going to file same request for the kbd layout).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

xkeyboard-config-1.7-4.fc12.noarch

Milos:
Please file this bug upstream, Fedora just uses the vanilla upstream layout and I'd like to keep it that way. If you convince Sergey to merge this in, then ping me again (or this bug here) and I'll add it to the Fedora layouts.

The URL to file the bug upstream is:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=xkeyboard-config
