Description of problem:
If you try create KVM virtual guests on machine installed with minimal packages set and python-virtinst is missing

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install @base and register to satellite
2. yum install kvm and reboot 
3. create virtual KVM guest via satellite
Actual results:

when I install python-virtinst all works as expected

Expected results:
python-virtinst is in deps of spacewalk-koan or is it really needed to import when running KVM ?
