The new release makes it download some videos that the old version does not download.

Since this is a major bug for youtube-dl, because it does not work for several / many videos and the fix is very easy (just update) and there has been no response to this ticket within 10 days, I hereby start the non responsive maintainer process: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Policy_for_nonresponsive_package_maintainers If you just do not have the time to update the package yourself, please say so and I'll take care of it.
If I do not receive any veto until Friday, I will update youtube-dl according to the provenpackager policy.
