For example items in menu can be easily selected, but sometimes they are not deselected when mouse lefts their position. sometimes even after clicking on some link in firefox does not draw new page untill I move page up/down. And now, when typing I see two cursors and don't see last typed character, but it happend after suspend/resume, so can't tell if it is caused only by desktop effects.
