Description Jerome Marchand 2010-04-15 13:01:32 UTC
+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #572298 +++

ramzswap is now in staging. It has some very cool uses. It would be trivial to add this to the kernel build config.

Comment 1 Jerome Marchand 2010-04-15 13:03:07 UTC
We also should package the user tool rzcontrol to work with ramzswap devices.

Comment 2 Bill Nottingham 2010-04-15 13:48:47 UTC
Feel free to package it; we don't normally add things without a maintainer signing up for it.

See http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/Join for more information.

Comment 3 Bug Zapper 2010-07-30 11:21:03 UTC
This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.

Comment 4 Jerome Marchand 2011-01-27 14:28:22 UTC
This is not needed anymore. zram now uses ioctl to control the devices.
