2) Nature Of Problem:
This request relates to any page within the UI that when looking at groups
of servers, specifically when you look at the System Groups Overview page,
I would like the ability to turn off the lookups to generate the "server
needs updates" icons.  In our specific case we are fairly certain at all
times that at least one server in each group has critical updates
available so we are getting no real use out of this feature.  Since we
have so many servers in the groups, the page generation time has been
known to take over a minute and a half causing time outs.  The latest test
packages move it down to 35 seconds but removing that lookup would bring it
down to 1 second.  

The implementation of my change request I believe would go well as a
toggle within the user preferences.

Speedier and more responsive Satellite Web UI by disabling un-needed
quries

4) Functional Requirements That Are Not Presently Possible:
Ability to disable queries that slow down the satellite web UI and of
which the data returned is unused by the customer

A setting toggle to turn on/off this data from being queried and displayed

Next major Satellite release
