Description of problem:
I've a DS with three database link.
Even if only one remote server is unavailable, I've the error "FARM SERVER TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE" and I can not search anything in other subtrees when I bind to the root suffix.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.2.4-1.el5 and
1.2.5-1.el5

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. configure a directory server with multiple database links to different remote servers into different nodes;
2. shutdown a remote server;
3. execute a search with a bind to the root suffix.
  
Actual results:
FARM SERVER TEMPORARY UNAVAILABLE

Expected results:
Execution of the search and viewing of the available results from other subtrees.

Please provide your database link configuration, especially the farm server url
