Description of problem: The official haskell.org logo changed in 2009. http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/Thompson-Wheeler_logo Let me know how I can help with this or feel free to assign to me representing the haskell-sig.
There's no license for the artwork on that page.
If it falls under the general license for that wiki content, that's fine. But it's not obvious that it does.
(Yeah all recent content on the haskell wiki should fall under the simple wiki license.) I contacted the author Jeff Wheeler and he responded that he put the original images (on that page) in the public domain: http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.lang.haskell.general/17070/ Though I think we should actually use the Wiki logo in the top-left hand corner of all the wiki pages: http://haskell.org/sitewiki/images/a/a8/Haskell-logo-60.png Let me ask on the haskell-cafe mailing-list what the license of that image should be to replace the current text in: http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/?p=comps-extras.git;a=blob;f=COPYING
So according to http://groups.google.com/group/haskell-cafe/browse_thread/thread/57f80bb6922abfac it should be http://haskell.org/haskellwiki/HaskellWiki:Copyrights
Added in 20-1.
Thank you! :)
