So that gsettings-data-convert works.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 14 development cycle.
Changing version to '14'.

$ rpm -qf /usr/share/GConf/gsettings/
GConf2-2.31.7-1.fc14.x86_64
