I wanted to install RHEL6 beta, on a machine with an already partitioned hardrive. I've choosen to create a new partitioning layout, with encrypted vg then I got the anaconda message. After deletion of the partition table (dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/sda bs=512 count=2) the installation went well.
