Description: strongSwan is an OpenSource IPsec implementation for the Linux operating system. It is based on the discontinued FreeS/WAN project and the X.509 patch which we developped over the last three years. In order to have a stable IPsec platform to base our future extensions of the X.509 capability on, we decided to lauch the strongSwan project.

Any reason that openswan won't work for these cases?

Comment 2 Tareq Al Jurf 2010-04-28 17:54:05 UTC
Isn't openswan another program?

Comment 3 Bill Nottingham 2010-04-28 18:29:25 UTC
It is a (different) fork of FreeS/WAN that's already in Fedora.

Comment 4 Tareq Al Jurf 2010-04-28 19:07:47 UTC
So, what's the problem with the package
