I think most application should have screenshots next to the description section in Add/Remove Software application. Mostly app shuld have it, games, office, other gui applications. I suggest to create fedora database / wiki with the same functionality as Add/Remove Software app.
Bugzilla is not really the kind of place for these kind of enhancements. I suggest you join the mailing list and write an email there for discussion. Thanks.
