Description of problem:
homedir and tmpdir options are not used in sandbox

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.0.82-10.el6.i686

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. sandbox -H /tmp/home -T /tmp/tmp -S
  
Actual results:
Homedir and tempdir required for session

Expected results:
New session

Additional info:
This affects F13 also.  Using sandbox -H /tmp/home -T /tmp/tmp -t sandbox_web_t firefox www.google.com does not persist bookmarks.

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux major release.  Product Management has requested further
review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for potential inclusion in a Red
Hat Enterprise Linux Major release.  This request is not yet committed for
inclusion.
