Description of problem:
imapx doesn't understand GSSAPI authentication, although the server has it:

* OK [CAPABILITY IMAP4rev1 LITERAL+ SASL-IR LOGIN-REFERRALS ID ENABLE STARTTLS AUTH=PLAIN AUTH=GSSAPI] Dovecot ready.

How reproducible:
Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect to GSSAPI enable Dovecot using imapx.
  
Actual results:
Not working. PLAIN auth only.

Expected results:
Should work. The old imap had it.
