Description Petr Sklenar 2010-05-07 09:48:17 UTC
Description of problem:
rhn_register didn't send arch type on i386 . But rhnreg_ks sent.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
up2date-4.5.5-16.el3 , tried kvm guest i386 + kvm guest x8664 + physical machine ia64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rhn_register --nox against hosted
2. up2date -p

Actual results:
3. see on hosted webUI : kernel = unknow
4. see on hosted webUI : list of software is with architecture = not specific

Expected results:
There is kernel=something and there are list of packages with arch type = i386
