Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Description of problem:
Bluetooth is always enabled after reboot on Lenovo T500 regardless of previous state. Usually I have bluetooth off to save power, but after every reboot it's enabled again.

1. turn off bluetooth with gnome-bluetooth
2. reboot machine
3. bluetooth will get enabled during boot

bluetooth always gets enabled after reboot

Expected results:
bluetooth on/off state should preserved over reboots

gnome-bluetooth does not do any state saving for devices.
