Description of problem:
installation fail when boot with cd-1 and choose nfs method to install

all el4

How reproducible:
boot a box with el4u8 disc-1, choose nfs as installation method
the installation would enter a dead loop

Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot a box with el4u8 disc-1
2. choose nfs as installation method
3. 
  
Actual results:
can't install os
