Description of problem:
Alert template disappears once enabled from alert definition page.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Build# 133

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create an alert template. Administration -> System Configuration -> Templates
2. Go to Overview -> Subsystem View -> Alert Definition
3. Select the Newly created alert and click Enable selected.
  
Actual results:
The alert template disappears and is not available to see even in the Template page (Administration -> System Configuration -> Templates)

Expected results:
Alert template should be visible for any edit or modification.

This is VERY bad.  If enabling an alert definition destroys the corresponding template.  I took a quick look at the code, and it indeed looks broken.

I believe disabling from the subsystem view page will also destroy the template.

Updated code so that alert templates are not deleted.

Verified this against build# 160. The issue is fixed now. Makrking the bug as verified.
