Description of problem:
How come vim-common has grown 2-fold from -8 to -7.13 and later rawhide. It
used to be 1.8 Mb now it's 3.6 Mb. Must be %file packaging error in .spec. I
refuse to use such errata before this denied or confirmed.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check the size of vim-common rpm in 6.0-8 and 6.0-7.13 or -12
