Description of Problem:
When saving a file, if the filename specified already exists it is overwritten
without prompt.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
kdeutils-kedit-3.0.0-0.cvs20020131.1

How Reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start kedit
2. Save As... filename
3. Save As... filename

Actual Results:
No confirmation dialog appears.

Expected Results:
It should ask whether I want to overwrite the file.

Additional Information:
It used to in KDE 2.

Still happens in kedit-3.0.0-0.cvs20020307.1.
