Somehow the first URL got corrupted in the description. It should of course be http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/OrphanedPackages
I spoke with one of the developers several days ago about this and he was aware of this. It has been fixed in their repository but it hasn't been published yet as its going to be part of an upcoming release in bodhi.
Whoops... I was mistaken. packagedb did change the url, but this was the wiki pointing to the wrong page. The correct URL should be https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/orphans I'll update it in the wiki.
This bug is rather stale, and the update applied by Sijis in the last comment appears to be functioning. If the content at https://admin.fedoraproject.org/pkgdb/acls/orphans does not appear correct, the best point of contact is probably the fedora infrastructure mailing list at infrastructure.org . I'm closing this issue on behalf of the Websites team.
