looks like it crashed in rendering the document when you hit page down a few times. Is it possible to attach the document you were reading when it crashed ?
Unfortunately no, due to privacy. Additionally - there were 3 or 4 big documents opened. However you are right, that it had crashed after I pressed down few times. After I've restarted writer (recovering all documents) it is working without crash.
This one would need a reproduced to be able to fix it unfortunately.
