Description atdiehm 2010-05-19 22:10:30 UTC
Description of problem:
When you try to mark a top level folder as 'read', even if it has NO subfolders, it prompts if you want to mark as read in only that folder, or in all subfolders as well. It is an unnecessary prompt

Also, potentially along the same lines. Attempting to 'Mark as Read' for a top level folder with NO unread emails is incorrectly being shown as an option

Also, same issues happen sporadically with nested folders containing emails, but not always reproducible.

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have unread email in a top level folder
2. Right click, click 'Mark as Read'
3. It will unnecessarily prompt.

Thanks for a bug report. There is an upstream bug [1] about the same, thus I'm moving it there. Please see bug [1] for any further updates.
