Alternatives I've looked at so far

Description of problem:
Installation attempts get blank screen unless I ask for basic video driver (vesa)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Fedora 12 DVD


How reproducible:
Happens every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot F12 install DVD and follow your nose
2.

Actual results:
Get blank screen, so have to redo with vesa driver.

Expected results:
Auto-detect of hardware, and proper choice of video driver
