Description of problem:
mingw32's auto find requires script wants 'mingw32(rpcrt4.dll)' for https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=594575

2. rpm -i mingw32-wxWidgets-2.8.11-1.fc13.noarch.rpm

  
Actual results:
error: Failed dependencies:
	mingw32(rpcrt4.dll) is needed by mingw32-wxWidgets-2.8.11-1.fc13.noarch


Expected results:
Successful rpm install
